Make-At- Home Halloween Costumes

Halloween is close by and you don’t have what to wear. You son or daughter
or maybe you are the one in desperate need of a costume. I have compiled
a few tips to help you make a Halloween costume at home.
1. Get a plain bed sheet, it may be black or white, make a hole in the
centre enough for your head and sew the sides together. Then, leave holes
on the top just enough for your hands. Make sure the bed sheet is not
too long or too short either.
2. Another one that will work well for someone very artistic is to get
a painting or picture you like and draw it on the piece of cloth you have.
Draw a wire strung between your shoulder blades at the back. Paint a wooden
boarder around it and walk with some source of light so it seems like
you are lighting it.
3. You can get your sheets in blue poncho dye, get some fish painted on
it so it seems like water with fish in it then paint birds or a plane
there. Cut the bottom of the sheet with trees and phone poles. Get your
face all colored up with paint and fix up your hair in scary spikes.
4. You can also do the same procedure above, paint the sheet then draw
fish on it with water around so it looks like fish in a marine Halloween
place. But the bottom with a reef and make a hat. Then paint it so it
certainly looks like a boat.
5. Another way is to paint your sheet purple, blow up balloons and staple
them to your costume, get your face and hair all painted it can even be
painted black or green. Get some ribbons tied to your neck preferably
green and it will look like tendrils from a vine.
There are many ways out there to make your own home Halloween costume.
Research a little more to find what you exactly need. Halloween is a fun
holiday to get all scary and dress up in the unthinkable scary outfit.
For children it’s all about trick or treat so get them that nice outfit
for go with the occasion. Its exciting looking for what to wear and trying
to scare the most people you can out there. Have fun.
